This quick reference is for hard wired remote controls only. When E:EE is displayed on the remote controller switch the unit off and press the “Temp up and Temp down” buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds. To Return to Normal Operation Press “Temp Up and Temp Down” Buttons together for 3 seconds.

Caution must be taken when removing any access covers as high voltage maybe present.

Enter the fault code, including any sub-codes. When entering codes, enter E then a full stop, then the sub-code.
